Gluten Free from Craft + Carry. Lo-ball back at the hotel. Clear, orange maple pour, big & sticky oatmeal head. Resin, soap & cooked down onion nose. Onion, tobacco, tons of oily soap that sticks around. Thin, acidic, resin-y. Medicinal. Nope.

Mostly clear golden and bright copper coloured body with a thick, three centimetre tall off-white head that fades slowly. Aroma of oranges, deep grapefruit peel, some resin and a dash of pine - very hoppy in the nose and quite bitter smelling. Medium-bodied; Rich orangey and grapefruity flavours dominate with a lot of hop bitterness with a nice sweetness along with some herbal and floral components along with a light sweetness and hay note, but the oranges bring out very robust citrusey flavours, especially at the end. Aftertaste shows some great robust bitterness, all from the citrusey hops with a lot of dryness as well, from the malts with a light sweetness at the end - very nice and robust throughout. Overall, a very nice IPA with a good bitterness, a solid malt backbone and some light sweetness, but balanced throughout and still full-of-flavour. Great to have, especially super fresh and local from the source! I sampled this sixteen ounce pint-sized can purchased from Liqour Outlet in Boonton, New Jersey on 26-November-2022, canned on 23-June-2022 and sampled on the train back home from New York with my wife and kids on 04-December-2022.

Poured from 473mL can (born 08/12/22). Wasn't a fan of the gluten-free beers in the recent past, but figured I would give it one more shot since I wanted to keep to tradition and try a new pumpkin beer with my (late) turkey dinner. Very active pour, hazy gold with huge dissipating white head. Aroma of belgian yeast and light pumpkin spice. Taste is more forward with the pumpkin spices, lots of nutmeg and cinnamon, feint hint of ginger, the belgian yeast falls into the background, but still prevalent. This is actually an interesting combo that kinda works and a good gluten free beer.

Can. Aroma is grapefruit with so,e caramel. The flavor is grapefruit has a large pith / rind character. Some pine like hops in the finish. The sorghum gives a odd flavor throughout. Can’t really expect a ton from a gluten-free beer.
