Our brewer, Jake, is hard at work crafting your next pint. With a background in malting and homebrewing, he is keen to bring his experience to St. Andrews and whip up some fresh and exciting beers! He’s a bit of a history nerd too, so keep an eye out for any of our beers bearing the names of local figures and legends.

Cask at St Andrews Brewhouse in Norwich city centre, opposite the church. Dark amber with a frothy-bubbly head. Hoppy-malty, although a little more of the former, and deeper tasting than expected for a sub four brew.

23/10/2020. Draught at the St. Andrew’s Brewhouse, Norwich. 2018 vintage. A fitting beer to have as my Norfolk beer #300. Pours clear bronze brown with a lasting bubbly off-white head. Aroma of toffee, alcohol soaked dried fruits, spiced fruit cake, stone fruits, light nutty notes. Medium sweetness and light bitterness with a slight tart edge. Medium body, sticky texture, soft carbonation. Lip tingling alcohol warm finish. Quite lovely.
