From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours fairly transparent gold with fine white foam. Aroma is delicate herbaceous, maybe also some honey. Body is tendentially dense, with a bit of stickiness and some carbonation. Taste is a nice balance of sweet and bitter, the latter being predominant. Finish is relatively long and delicately bitter.

From 33cl can. Pours brilliant amber with medium white foam. Aroma is citrus, a little resinous, but also intense caramel and malt. Body is somehow dense, with some astringency. Taste is sweet at the very first, but a considerable and lasting bitterness comes through soon.

(can, 35.5cl) Almost cloudy, deep golden to amber colour with a medium-sized off-white frothy head. Slightly bready malty aroma with a whiff of caramel and a citric and resiny hoppy background. Mildly bitter and slightly sweet flavor with a tinge of acidity, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Dry and quite malt-accented start with bready notes, caramel and mainly citrus-fruity hops giving some balance; moderately dry bitter-sweet finish with a slightly fruity and resiny hoppy touch and a delicate level of tartness. 11.VII.17
