Bottle at Bierhuys Woerden. Deep brown beer. A gusher. Barmaid let it go so I only got half a glass. Some espresso coffee. Some dark chocolate. Some brown malts. Light hop sting on the finish. Yes more coffee throughout. But not overly dominant. It's decent.

Fles gedeeld door Roelzie. Het is een troebel oranje bruin bier met een volle beige schuim. Het heeft een aroma van mout en een hint rum. De smaak is moutig, zacht zoet met in de afdronk rum.

Small if stable, lightly cream-coloured head over reddish tinted golden beer. Sweet nose, with sweet whitebread, brioche, some alcoholic esters, caramel. Sweet, caramelly, toffee, again brioche. Finish is drier, almost bitterish, estery-fusels. Alcoholwarmth, bit boozy, viscous, not that carbonated. Not that special, if pleasant enough. Though usually, Armagnac gives more spectacular results. Txs to Stef!
