Cask at the brewpub. It pours clear golden-amber with a small beige head. The nose is toasted grain, baked goods, leather and wood. The taste is woody, earth, varnish, old leather sofa, general citrus vibe and a touch of sweetness with a earthy finish. Medium body, soft carbonation and sticky mouth-feel. A bit twiggy if truth be told. OK.

Cask at the brewhouse. Golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting white head. Aroma is buttery caramel, grainy and a hint of grapefruit. Flavour is grainy wheaty, bit of nutty malt. Little bit of lime sharpness, but not a huge amount of tequila. Palate is semi sweet with soft cask condition. Bit of diaceyl let’s it down.

Cask at the brewpub, 28/11/14. Clear golden with a decent off white head that retains well. Nose is citric peel, light malt base, tangerine, bread dough, vanilla. Taste comprises bready malt, light sugar, straw, lemon, toasted bread, orange pail, faintest of tequila licks. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with light bitterness. Adequate GB but preffered the base beer which came over a little cleaner.

Cask at the Brewpub. Bright clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry with a fine crispness. Good condition. Nice hops, not slapping me around the chops but orange and tangerine with a nice floral touch. Light finish and a mild peel bitter linger. Nicely done.

Cask at the Brewpub. Opaque black - brown beer, good mid tan head. Palate is airy and a little soft. Very modest fine carbonation. Mild and sweetish dark malts. A little lactose like vibe here. Mild earthy coffee. Whisper of something dark and fruity. Airy finish. Very easy going and pretty suppable,
