Keg at Bedford Brewhouse & Kitchen - the staff there said it was brewed at the Bedford branch not the Islington one. Lightly hazed pale amber. A little banana then a dirty bitterness. Just tastes grubby and unpleasant.

Third, keg as Clouseau Saison at Brewhouse and Kitchen in Southsea. Shared with Finn. Near-clear grey golden body, lacing rings down the glass. White, remaining head. Saison fruity smell, mid-dry. Bread-like malts mixed with saison fruits to the taste profile. Ends soft and fruity. Satisfying. (23.10.2019).

Keg at the Brewhouse and Kitchen, Bournemouth. Very light golden, hazy. White rimg of head and a fair bit of lacing. Light yeast notes in the aroma, hay, toast, slight metallic edge. Sweet taste with a bit of spicy yeast pushback and some bitter hop in the finish. A bit more like a Belgian blonde than a saison. Okay.

Keg at the brewpub Opaque dark brown. Good tan head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth dark malts, a trace of dark chocolate. Smooth dark malt cream. Touch of red fruits. Big hops here, no denying it's an IPA. Pine. Minor citrus. Loadsa hop spice which turns to a fairly strong burn. Finishes with bitter kick. Feckin robust.
