33cl draft @ Frannz right after the weekly Street Food auf Achse. Ambrée, col épais blanc-cassé. Arôme au nez fin houblonné tirant sur les agrumes, léger résineux, malt moyen caramel et Munich pils. Palais est classique IPA, malt cara pâle, pils, fruité houblonné en retrait avec qcq éléments de pamplemousse, qcq touches herbacées. Le tout garde un rappel d'IPA américaine côe ouest.

Gezapft im Birra. Trübes Bernstein-orange-gelb , angemessener Schaum. Aroma: Hefe, vergorene Früchte, dunkle Früchte. Wenig Geschmack beim Antrunk. Hefe, Getreide, wenig Banane, Erde. Im Mittelgang mit säuerlicher Note. Im Nachgang angenehmes Weissbiergefühl im Mund.
