Panda thanks to Colin. Near clear gold - amber beer, decent bubbly cream colour head. Smooth palate, decent fine carbonation. Soft malts, a decent creamy sweetness, touches of smooth grain and caramel. Soft ripe citrus, very much in the w
west Coast style along with the incumbent citrus peel bitterness. Soft pine. A modest tropical fruit ending. Decent West Coaster, a little more Centennial freshness would have really elevated this for me.

Clear deep amber to golden topped with a lasting just off white head formed of frothy bubbles.
Nose is bitter orange, grapefruit, citric tinged straw, old skool vibes,
Taste comprises grapefruit, orange pith, pineapple, mandarin, pine needle, grass, crisp malts, melon.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close spiked with lightly aggressive juicy come grassy hop bitterness.
Solid crushable and clean dirnking DIPA with an old skool feel about it.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso riconosce l'agrumato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine Il liquido è di consistenza limpida e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione è persistente. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di crosta di pane, luppolo, erba, agrumi, arancia amara e lime.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso luppolo, mango e frutti tropicali. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera è elevata e l'esistenza l'intensità olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine.Il liquido è di aspetto cristallino. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. La carbonazione è allegra e vivace. Il colore è arancio. Il corpo è strutturato non pesante. L'amaro è carico. La forza gustativa è molto elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona e duratura. Il gusto è piacevolissimo. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate e inducono a bevuta compulsiva. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso e persistente. Al palato arrivano note di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo, arancia amara, mora, banana, mango e papaja.

Lattina. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di liquirizia, caffè e cioccolato. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma cremosa, color marrone castagno e che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage, con carbonazione persistente. Il colore è come l'inchiostro nero. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, cioccolato fondente, caffè, liquirizia, frutta secca, pane cotto di recente e agrumi.

Light gold with a short frothy head. Aroma of Tripel yeast. Flavour is metallic wheat, fruits on a spicy base. Dry yeasty finish.

Clean gold with a large head. Aroma of juicy fruits. Flavour is peach and apricot, soft grains, light bitter background, esters on the finish. Not that milky yellow colour of most in this style.

Cloudy dark red with a medium head. Aroma of toffee and jam. Flavour is sticky dark fruit, toffee and bitter caramel, dry fruity hop finish.
