BIAB sample from GBBF 2019 courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Pale golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of musty apple, funky, with a barnyard hint. Taste is sweet, juicy apple, with woody funk, some tartness and a caramel-like note. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Nicely drinkable.

Cask @ NWAF 14, Derby. Mid to dark gold, slightly cloudy. The sour, woody aroma of a good scrumpy. Sweeter taste than expected with a bitter/sour kick coming in later. Wood comes through in the flavour. An excellent cider.
