Tap at Arendsnest, 22nd March 18. Beer Trip, #6 this year. Beer pours a big black beer, with a nice dense tan head. Aroma is cocoa, grapefruit, toasted and roasted dark malts. Taste follows aroma, bitter, cocoa bean, coffee, Citrus, smooth and bitter, slight sweet. It's a good one.

Bottle @ home, as Xtreem Stout, bb 12/2014. Black color. Huge dense beige head with long retention. Aroma's: roasted, caramel, some fruit, a bit stale or old-ish. Retronasal it's fruity to the point of sourish, roasty, light sweet. Flavor is definitely moderate sour, roasted. Light medium bodied. Fiishes lightly roasted. Definitely not as intended, but not even too bad, despite the sourness. Will have to retry with a fresh Potig though.

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is bubblegum, dough, estery, herbal. Taste is bubblegum, estery, apricot, quite sweet. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Interesting, it's very bubblegummy for a Belgian-style beer.

Tap. Brown-reddish color with off-white head. Aroma is malty, chocolate, raisins. Taste is malty, molasses, toffee. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Not bad (but I don't get what's IPA about this).
