Description
Gebrouwen door Vrouwen (Brewed by Women) originated as a hobby of two sisters from Amsterdam. They started brewing beer in 2013, at home in a 35 liter pan. They mastered the brewing process through trial and error. Now they know exactly how to make a fresh, sweet and tasty beer. At home they continue to experiment to keep creating new beers. The best beers are brewed in large quantities for everyone to enjoy!

Bottle from AH, Roermond. The beer starts malty neutral. The body is very neutral with a nice mild grainy back. The herbs aber not too intense. Round and refreshing though.

33cl bottle shared with Erzengel. A clear pale golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mint, herbs and wheat malt. Taste of sweet banana, wheat malt, some herbs and mint.

330ml bottle. Poured a hazy copper colour with a thin white head. The aroma is big pumpkin, herbal. The flavour is moderate sweet with a crisp, fresh, herbal, floral big pumpkin palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

330ml bottle. Poured a hazy medium amber with a round white head. The aroma is grainy malt, banana yeast. The flavour is light acid citrus with a grainy malt, banana, light clove spice palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled draft @ Taproom (Amsterdam). Orange, small white head. Nose is rubbish BE esters, yeast & soap, lacking fruit. Taste is sweet plastic BE yeast, esters & soap and very low fake strawberry. Body is soap & yeast. Meh.

Draft at Taproom, Amsterdam. Fairly hazy golden orange with an off white head. Aroma of malt, dough, yeast, strawberry and caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.
