Hazy pale gold with a bubbly white head and a nice juicy fruit aroma. Light to medium bodied, semi-juicy flavour, more citrusy perhaps than tropical, but carries a solid bitterness into the finish

(Draught at Italian Job, Chiswick, London, 27 May 2022) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, wheaty nose with notes of lemon peel, bread, grass and coriander. Fruity, malty taste with bread, lemon peel, coriander, grass and a mild herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Clean and well made saison. Nice one.

(Draught at Euston Tap West, London, 25 May 2022) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with bread, cereal, grass, hay and a touch of citrus. Malty taste with notes of bread, grain, grass, lemon peel and a gentle grassy bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tasty and well balanced helles. Nice one.

On tap @ Cask Pub & Kitchen. Aroma is malty and dark fruity. Pours cloudy brown amber color with thin creamy off-white head, nice lacing and average visible carbonation. Tastes medium m sweet caramelly, dried fruity, zesty citrusy and piney with smooth mouthfeel and pretty bitter finish. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Red alertโฆ

Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 29th October 2022. Pale gold with shallow, loose foam and spot lacing. Spicy fruitiness in aroma mildly citrusy in-mouth with a few pines and resins. A finish of the aforesaid. Light body and a somewhat watery mouthfeel. Not unpleasant but a half was enough.
