Description
Lost and Grounded Brewers is a brewery in Bristol, UK, established in July 2016. We are particularly fascinated by the precision of German brewing and the idiosyncratic nature of Belgian beers, and we chose the brewhouse of our dreams that could help us make these wonders of fermentation.

400ml can at Tønne, Leicester, 4.2%. Light gold and clear with a good-sized white head. Light grapefruit aroma, a little vegetal. Taste is much more enticing: very well attenuated with notes of pink grapefruit, and a nice bitter finish. Light to medium body with decent tight carbonation. Not bad.

On keg at Marine Hotel, Stonehaven - Hazy gold, rocky white top. Slightly bitter citrus vibe, not cheek puckering but still a bit too tart, long clean hoppy finish.

Keg at the bow bar in December 2025. Seem to be missing most of the notes but it was light and fruity.

Hazy, pale yellow pour with a decent (and lasting) white head. Aromas of wheat and citrus. Taste is wheat, a hint of citrus and spice. Nice one, even if the flavours could be a bit stronger.

Cask at The Famous Royal Navy Volunteer, Brisssle. Opaque amber-gold. Frothy white head. Aroma combines fruit and malts for a warming gluey effect. Flavourwise it's got a sour streak over a caramel and malts sweetness. Peripheral bitterness. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Nice.
