Description
Lost and Grounded Brewers is a brewery in Bristol, UK, established in July 2016. We are particularly fascinated by the precision of German brewing and the idiosyncratic nature of Belgian beers, and we chose the brewhouse of our dreams that could help us make these wonders of fermentation.
We are a Living Wage employer. More information about the Living Wage Foundation can be found here: livingwage.org.uk

Keg at The Black Heart, Camden. Hazy-opaque gold. Thin foamy white head. Aroma has chewy chunky malts and a tart edge. Flavourwise it got more chewy but not particularly sweet malts, with a tart citrus edge. Light. Thin. Soft-average carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. OK. A tad unexciting.

Very pale yellow with a small head. Corn, lemon, lemon zest, slightly metallic. Dry mild zesty bitterness, corny sweetness. Light bodied, watery texture, lively carbonated, dry corny bittersweet finish. Despite it’s quite simple, it’s quite tasty!

400ml can at Tønne, Leicester, 4.2%. Light gold and clear with a good-sized white head. Light grapefruit aroma, a little vegetal. Taste is much more enticing: very well attenuated with notes of pink grapefruit, and a nice bitter finish. Light to medium body with decent tight carbonation. Not bad.
