Il gusto al naso rimanda al luppolo. L’intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello è di schiuma compatta, cremosa e abbondante, a bollicine medie e carbonazione abbondante. L’aspetto del liquido è velato. La frizzantezza è eccessiva, persistente ed insistita. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio e l’amaro è medio: non si surclassano. L’intensità gustativa è normale e la persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di pronta beva. Il finale è farinoso, felpato, lungo, pulito e dissetante. L’aroma in bocca riporta sentori di crosta di pane, mais, orzo, fiori, erba, lievito, terra e un lieve accenno di salsa di soia.
