Poured from bottle thanks Airforcehops golden color with a fluffy white head. Aromas of yeast light peppery notes floral notes and Brett. Taste is clean crisp balanced and well done.

Poured from bottle purchased at Kappys nice clear brown with no head and nice lacing. Aroma is whiskey dark fruit caramel. Taste is nice barrel is forward fruit caramel alcohol.

Chalumeaux with this great vertical. 750 ml bottle, bitching vertical! Deep ruby appearance, no head. Aroma is HUGE dark fruits; prune, raisin, figs, sugar. The flavor is just as heavy on the dark fruit on my palate. ABV is again, reserved, burn is slow deep the throat. Honestly, not my favorite of the vertical but still real nice.

Chalumeaux with this great vertical. 750 ml bottle, early 2016 release. Aroma of ripe plum, cherries, wood and prunes. Hints of booze. The flavor is very smooth, plums, subtle cherry, almost a sherry note. Flavor is a wonderful. Subtle flavors all the way around. Dark fruit, Spanish sherry, mild oak. Dark fruit alcohol has mellow with almost no burn at all. Very wonderful flavors.

Chalumeaux shares a 750 ml bottle and collected all the variations. Early 2016 release. Thanks for this! Really great aroma, charred oak, vanilla, toasted grain, coconut.
The flavor is is subtle whiskey with a lot of nuances. Toasted oak, plums, vanilla, good lasting oak finish.

Poured from bottle purchased at Redstone light golden brown no head nice lacing. Aroma is sick dark fruit toffee vanilla barrel notes. Taste is decadent abv is so hidden vanilla toffee barrel notes. Blend is perfect. I wish I had more.
