Little cloudy pale yellow beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: super fruity, lots of pineapple, citrus, some grapefruit, lots of passion fruit on warming up. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: super super fruity, lots of mango, passion fruit, little sweet, some caramel malts, citrus notes, gentle bitterness. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, citrus, grapefruit, lots of sweet pineapple, very fruity, some mango, bit of bubble gum.

Pours slightly hazed gold into a shaker. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving scant sheets. Lemony yeast, peach and apricot aromas. Dry with sweet summer pit fruit upfront turning to bitter tea, overripe papaya and guava with a touch of anise in the medium length finish.

No head, clear brass.
Acetic lovliness is "sticky", rich, tart, yet not overbearing and obviously well-lagered. Immediate parallels lambic or even a Flemish sour and probably somewhere in between both, yet never pouring on the acid or big oak notes as so many American versions do. Soft funk with cherry pie-like Brett, mild suggestions of citrus (lime, orange peel) and rich honey permeating on to the finish. Elegant and aromatic, rich and refined. No alcohol or flaw.
In the mouth it's malty with rich honey-vanilla tones creating a soft, supple texture as tight, moderate carbonation carries the moderate acidity about the palate, finding light lime, oak, cherry pie, horse and rustic hay-like character. Round and vivacious with a sweet/sour juxtaposition that leaves it perfectly balanced. Between Will from Cambridge Brewing and Brian at Mystic, the barrel program over in Chelsea is certainly going VERY well. Always excited to try every one of their true, barreled, sours (as opposed to their more ubiquitous kettle sours which are fine, but nothing out of the ordinary).

750ml bottle. Cloudy, dark brown colour with average, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Nuttily, dark malty aroma, hints of molasses, a touch of dark fruit. Taste is nuttily dark malty, hints of molasses. Rather simple and monotonous.

Poured at Shelton Festival, cloudy brown with small beige head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is peppermint, sage, licorice. Thin body, strong peppermint, booze, licorice, very unusual but enjoyable.

750 ml purchased at Julio's Liquors. Aroma is subtle and funky, with notes of lemon peel, cobwebs and farmyard. Taste is similar with plenty of Betty barnyard notes along with a mild citrus tartness. Wheaty backbone. Brettanomyces does not overpower. Light to medium bodied with a dry texture. Overall, very tasty and well balanced. Really enjoyed this!
