On gravity at the Tobacco Factory beer festival, Bristol 10/10/10. Medium brown in colour with a decent, off-white head. A decent mild with some fruit, chewy malts, background roastiness and a lightly, vaguely bitter finish. Good.

On gravity at the Barley Mow, Dings, Bristol 18/09/10. 6.66% ABV per pump clip, but I have rounded up. Chestnut coloured with a slight, off-white head. Sweetish, caramel and red fruit aroma. Flavour was similar, with some roasted malted contrast, orange fruit and a moderately bitter finish. Good.

Cask@Old Bank (back in September 09 on my way home from the EBF/SBWF trip). Found on the back of a receipt in my wallet. Pretty much pitch black colour, small brown head, which leave some lace and also lasts for the beer. Aroma is roasted malts, dark dry fruits, some slight coffee and chocolate. Flavour is roasted malts, some slight notes of glueish alcohol and mild spicing. Dark dry fruits also there.

Cask (Pullman,Helsinki) - Gold/amber with a bit of a haze. Sharp and hoppy aroma with grapefruit and a faint hint of tea. Fresh and hoppy taste with the tangy grapefruit notes featuring again and giving it a pleasant bitterness. Very tasty.

(Cask at Pullman, Helsinki, on 2008-09-25) Pale amber. Clear. Very tiny white head. Malty and fruity nose. Medium bodied bit sharp palate with little carbonation. Slaty flavour, malts, hops and fruitiness in taste. Quite interesting.

(Cask@Beer Hunters, Pori). Dark, almost opaque ruby color, steady tan head. Plums, molasses, dark malts and cold coffee in the nose. Full-bodied. Very malty-glueish, chocolaty, lots of molasses. Alcohol picks up in the finish! Extreme real ale, a bit too glueish. At least it is not a session beer!
