As San Diego's first and only Brewery/Winery/Restaurant, we pride ourselves on putting everything we have into the things we do and push the boundaries of creative products to share with our guests.
Our beers are focused on drinkability, merging inspirational flavors from our restaurant and winery to create one of a kind products.
Our tasting room is attached to our restaurant, The Cork and Craft. We're open every day except for Monday, including lunch during the work week, and brunch on Sundays. We not only offer our own beers on tap, but many other guest beers from around the world that we share our 40 taps with. We feature flights of our own beers which can be enjoyed in the bar, restaurant or on our heated outdoor patio.
Come in for the beer, stay for the food, and discover your Abnormal side.

On draft somewhere. It pours a mostly clear yellow color with a white head. The aroma is strong with potent, fresh grapefruit and hints of dank. Light pale malt profile. The flavor has a little more dank than grapefruit, but still citrus heavy with nice dankness. Pale malts. Very clean. Great stuff.

Poured from a bottle. Aroma has lots of chocolate with a bit less peppers and even less cinnamon. Some lighter vanilla notes with some alcohol spice as well. Hints of roast. Pours black with a medium small, thick, dark mocha head that exhibits decent retention as it recedes. No lacing and long legs. Flavor is fairly sweet, but the moderate cinnamon notes cut that a bit and adds some bitterness. Lots of chocolate with some lighter pepper flavors and spice; pepper flavors are lighter than in the aroma. Some light roast and fairly bitter. Light alcohol spice. Vanilla is fairly light. Mouthfeel is full bodied with medium low carbonation. Slightly oily with a fairly creamy mouthfeel. Low astringency and medium low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice adjunct stout even though the beer includes cinnamon. I find the peppers to not be overwhelmingly spicy and they help cut the sweetness of the beer. Nice chocolate notes.

Draught @ Bottlecraft Little Italy, San Diego, CA. Pours pitch black with a smooth head. Aroma of coffee, French toast, maple syrup and bacon. Taste is sweetish, syrupy and sticky with some maple syrup and toffee notes. Finish is sweet, sticky and syrupy with some coffee roastiness. Okay.

Draught @ Bottlecraft. Aroma has quite intensive licorice candy aromas and mildntobacco. Flavour has licorice candy and syrup. Finishes dry and leathery. Unusual, but I like the sweet candy here.
