Hazy, pale, allium, cannabis, medium bitterness and mellow sweetness. Balanced well. The weedy I7 is hitting and the older school hops make it lean in a direction i like.

This poured with more co2 than I’d expect. Dark brown, medium head. Sweet, but the brandy barrel cuts it with a fair bit of acidity. This creates the impression of a fruity sourish stout… not 100% sure that was the idea. It’s not bad but it needs more richness and in this case I’m thinking the treatment is messing that up a bit.

Lots of pine, earthy, some malt sweetness and a slight biscuity note. Moderate bitterness.

Pale gold, slight haze. Thin head. Citra stands out, but this has almost no malt…lack of sweetness has the bitterness kind of dominating.

Pineapple, tangerine. Rich hops profile. Murky orange pour with decent head and lacing. Some green onion in the finish but this is pretty decent. Can.

On tap at Ironside Fish & Oyster in San Diego. Hazy orange gold color. Creamy beige ring. Fragrant citrus and wheat aroma. Sweet, bready wheat malt flavor. Notes of orange, clove and yeast. Typical for the style with an accent on the citrus. Refreshing.

Pour is a clear gold with a large white head. Aroma is pale malt much more on the sweeter side. Flavor is again a bit of a sweet honey sticky malt with some grassy hops to rounds things out. Abit too sweet for my liking.
