Cask at Ebenezers, Crewe. Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow with a sizeable off-white head and excellent lacing. There’s floral hops in the aroma along with citrus and tangerine. In the mouth it is basically sweet with a watery texture, but also slightly tangy. Flavour has herbs and floral hops. Later on there are hints of ginger, tropical fruits and mango. Some bitterness in the finish. It’s reasonable enough, but I would call it more of a straight pale or bitter than an ISA.
