Cask at Barrel Drop, Nottingham, Feb 2016. Pours clear orange golden with a white head. Aroma: malt, wheat. Taste: moderate sweet, wheat, smoke hints. Light to medium body with low carbonation.

Cask at Cleveland Hotel, Redcar. Dark brown colour with reddish tinge, white foam head leaving lacing and aroma of berry fruit, hop. Taste is malty, molasses, with some slightly tart fruity berry notes and low bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, mild berry hop fruity finish. Quite OK.

Cask at Cleveland Hotel, Redcar. Deep amber brown colour, white foam head leaving lacing and malty, caramel aroma. Taste is malt, toffee, caramel, sweetish with nutty notes and some light bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy finish. Quite drinkable.

Cask at Cleveland Hotel, Redcar. Amber colour, white foam head leaving lacing and malty hoppy aroma. Taste is malt, toffee, bready with some floral citrusy hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy earthy bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Cask (handpump) @ Flower Pot, 23-25 King Street, Derby, Derbyshire, England DE1 3DZ. [ As Redscar Whiteout ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, rubber, fruity, smoke. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, fruity malt, rubber, smoke. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20160220]

Cask at Hole in the Wall, Darlington. Amber colour, foamy off white head and yeasty, malty aroma. Taste is malty with fruity, yeasty and earthy bitter notes. Creamy mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, tangy earthy bitter finish. OK.
