Description
We are a Microbrewery based in the picturesque village of Bow Brickhill, near Woburn, on the Buckinghamshire / Bedfordshire border.

Head brewer, Ryan Horne, has always had a passion for real ales and craft beer and has devoted time and effort learning about traditional brewing techniques and perfecting recipes using only quality, natural ingredients.

Having gained these skills we decided to take the ‘goat by the horns’ and brew our efforts for a wider audience to enjoy. After much planning and hard work our 6 Barrel Brewery was installed in early March 2015 and brewing in Bow Brickhill finally commenced.

500ml bottle. Cloudy brown with a lively off white head. Aroma is heavy on spice. Flavour is, bizarrely, tart berry (gooseberry?) with more of that spice on top. Not unpleasant

Hazy brown beer with a bubbly beige head. Light, spicy malt aroma. Flavour is dried fruit, aniseed, some light hop. You do get the spicy Christmas thing they're going for but it doesn't have a lot of body or oomph. It's alright.
