Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, zest sharp bitter. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, orange, sweet malt, pale malt, dry, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160218]

Cask at Pigs Ear 2015 - London. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. The nose has some pale bread, light citrusy hops, straw. Light sweet flavour, somewhat dry, very flinty, with hints of plastic, hay, orange peel. Light bodied with fine carbonation; so so condition. Astringent finish, with more plastic, light citrus, apple, grain husk. Pretty poor overall.
