Owned and ran by father and son, Chris and Marc Lilley. Our Cidery is based in the heart of Somerset, England. Since starting the business in 2007, Chris and Marc Lilley still have a very active role within the business where they share their cider knowledge with the team and head all current development of new and old ciders alike. They are passionate about creating modern English cider pushing beyond traditional styles by incorporating only the most delicious fruit and ingredients to make delightful, memorable cider.

Cloudy, golden color with a rose touch. Very fruity nose and taste. Sweet. Looks like artifical.

On keg at the Real Ale Tavern. Appearance - bright green with hints of golden. Nose - lime marmalade. Taste - lime cordial and marmalade again. Palate - sweet but with the acidity of the lime and lemon. Overall - an alcopop, sorry.

7/10/2020. From BIAB at the Dove Street Inn, Ipswich. Pours clear pale gold with no head. Aroma is dominated by sweet peach. Heavy peach sweetness, light tart edge. Oily texture, low carbonation. Slight biscuit edge to finish. Liked this more than expected.

Bottle. Glowing orange color with white head. Aroma is red apples. Taste is red apples, caramel, on the sweet side. Oily mouthfeel with mineraly bite. Tasty enough, just a bit sweet.

5/9/2020. From BIAB at Hopmaster: The Reserve, Rushden Lakes. Pours clear dark gold with minimal head. Aroma is mango syrup, sweet apple, touch of toffee. Heavy sweetness and a light tart edge. Moderate body, sticky texture, soft to flat carbonation.
