Easy-drinking cider. Pear drop sweets aroma. Plenty of candi sugar and toffee. Syrupy. Medium-dry. Descent enough.

Cask @ Trades Club, Hebden Bridge. Copper coloured. Surprisingly light tasting and easy-drinking for its strength. Fairly potent with its apple nose, there’s a good dryish taste of the fruit too. Also can be called ’Darksider’.

Bag in a Box @ Stable, Newquay. Pours clear orange with a vivid mango juice aroma. Taste is similarly fruity to Lilley’s Lemon & Lime, with a fruity non-alcoholic cordial character. Exceptionally big mango taste and so lacking any real cider traits. But as I like mango juice this hit the spot!

Draught @ Stable, Newquay. Pours a light greenish yellow. Aroma is bright lemon & lime juice. Taste is very much like lemon & lime cordial with a very clean, almost watery mouthfeel. Moderately sweet and no discernible cider traits. Very refreshing, but not exactly cider.
