På fat Taproom. Kraftigt Rostfärgad dryck. Mycket maltig i doften med tydliga inslag av tallbarr och nästan lite lagrat. Smaken då?? Först inslag av svartavinärs jos. Sen kommer rejäl efterbeska å inslag av ekfat. Spännande inlands Dipa med tyvär för mycket kolsyra i som stör bilden. I riktiga Ipa glas kandke Dipans kvaliteer framträder bättre då kolsyran blir lägre. En öl i Peters stil.

Draught sample. Hazy, amber colour with a thin, off-white head. Fruity aroma with grasses, tropical impressions, caramel malts and booze. Taste is bitter. Finishes dry and bitter with toasted malts, caramel and spicy-fruity hints. OK.

Draught sample. Pitch black with a thin off-white head. Roasted aroma with caramel, chocolate, coffee and dark malts. Taste is bitter-roasted. Finishes dry and roasted with licorice. Nice Stout.
