Draught at Collective on Tap, Woodinville, WA
Golden color, glean, generous head, but not lasting.
Strange aroma, detergent. Some malt flavor, bit of fruits, but also other vegetables. Not exciting.

Slightly hazy deep orange golden soapy persistent off-white head. Mild hoppy aromas and flavors. A mx of citrus and floral piney nites. Good all-around IPA. Not very big in any category but decent in all

Bold Amber orange with a off-white head. Citrus fruit and pine in the aroma with a background malt sweetness. Comes across rather bitter to begin with. The malt really seems to reign in the hop profile. Has a slightly rusty feeling to it. Finish is a long on the bitterness and short on flavor. Decent and different.

Bomber from Winco. Reddish copper body with small soapy beige. ABV announces itself in the aroma, along with notes of vanilla extract, grapefruit, whiskey, and rum. Taste comes in with a nice malt profile, brown sugar and some hop bitterness. Alcohol burn way back in the finish. Good sold barley wine.

On tap. Pours a murky black with moderate tan head. Aromas of creamy chocolate and roasted malts. Flavors of rich chocolate, vanilla, creamed coffee and heavily roasted malt. Thick, dry finish. Nice.

12 oz bottle poured. Pours a light clear golden color with a short bubbly head. I was able to purchase, bring home, fridge for a week, open and pour this beer without ever knowing what type of beer it was. Bottle looked cool though, and I enjoy the brewery. Light, refreshing beer overall. Grassy aroma and flavor. Not bad, but didn’t really stand out for me.

Bomber bought at Stein’s in Rathdrum, ID. Aroma is burnt sugar, dough, bread, brown sugar, dark fruit, toast. Pours hazy amber with a finger of beige foam; dissipates into a ring of big-bubbly foam after a few minutes, lacing okay. Taste is candy sweet, not cloying, finishing lightly bitter, savory, alcoholic. Flavors of burnt sugar, licorice, cinnamon rolls, toast. Full-bodied, oily to creamy mouthfeel. Tasty.

Bottle at Imazato. Dark black with a lovely 1 cm head of dense tan foam. A big nose of full on coffee. The taste lives up to the nose: coffee. A bit of a one note beer but it’s one hell of a delicious note!

Bottle at Imazato, thanks Lee! It pours a blood red with a thin filmy head. Sharp cherry aroma. The taste is tart woodsy with a bit of funk. A solid enough beer but not all that special.
