picked up bottle since i figured needed to grab at least 1 RI brew while in providence. pours dark brown with boozy nose and small head. tastes of rum, rootbeer, cherry, and coffee. pretty good carbonation and not too thick. i rather enjoyed it

Bottle thanks to Sean. Pours a clear amber with a gray head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is full of bread and grain with a hint of rye. Flavor is similar with bream and grains with a decent amount of rye. Lacks hops.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Sar HaMashkaot Ramat Gan. Thanks Oren. Clear amber. Aroma of floral hops, some vegetables and some grainy notes. Sweetish grainy flavor with some stale hops bitterness. Medium-bodied.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Sar HaMashkaot Ramat Gan. Thanks Oren. Clear deep golden. Aroma of chemical artificial blueberries. Unpleasant flavor of medicinal, artificial berry flavor and weird bitterness in the finish. Light-bodied. Awful.

6 pack brought back from RI by a family friend, had one bottle. Poured a copper color with a thick off-white head. Aroma was rye spices, earthy notes. Flavor was rye, sweet malts, earth notes. Pretty darn good.

12 oz bottle, purchased @ Nikki’s Liquors in Providence, RI. Hazy orange in color. Thick full, fluffy head. Good retention and lacing down the pint glass. Smell of malt and light citrus hops. Taste follows the nose. The front end of the sips gives piney hops leading to light caramel malt in the background. Medium body. Minimal bitterness in the finish. Very mild, light and smooth. Some good drinkability. I actually like this IPA. And it was unexpected for an summer ale.

12 oz bottle, purchased @ Nikki’s Liquors in Providence, RI. Light amber / reddish color. ¼ inch head that produced light spotty lace. Nice malt nose, slight hop is present as well. A very straight forward brew. Good caramel malt and weak hop. Nothing bad, very drinkable. But nobody is going to get real excited about this. I’m sure it’s better on tap.

12 oz Bottle. It’s an ok barrel-aged porter. Weak oak nose with some caramel. Large bubbly head that dies real quick. Very light rum taste in front of malt and oak. Somewhat one-dimensional providing this porter is aged in rum barrels. But it’s not a terrible brew. Just straight forward and simple. ok
