Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a clear pure copper body that supports a thin white head of foam that leaves behind some spotty lacing. The aroma offers up punchy sour yeast and a bit of a red wine tannin sensation. The taste delivers tart modestly puckering soured yeastiness leading to wood and a tart red wine notes. Not at all de garde like.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a somewhat murky gold copper body that supports a thin light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up pulses of mango and pineapple. The taste creates a pleasant blend of mango, pineapple and grapefruit juiciness and tanginess all cut by a mild spicy to floral hop sensation. To midway the modest Pale malt backbone bubbles to the surface to add a bit more interest and depth with a cracker malt sort of flavor.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a murky opaque dirty dull copper gold body that supports a thin white head of foam. The aroma offers up juicy mango, tangelo and tangerine. The taste delivers smooth juicy mango, tangy tangelo and tangerine. Yes. Gets a little sweeter to midway but still feels crushable. Would love more of this.
