Sampled draft @ TCBW 2018. Golden citrus, soapy, white head. Nose is typical lab brett, just brett, egg whites. Taste is soap, milky, brett, high carbonation & brett body. Just a glass of brett really & little else, kind of dig but lacks any complexity.

Fra fat på Mi2 Cardinal feb-18: klar strågl med fott skum som varer. Grønne druer, lime og lychee i både aroma og smak. Lys, lekker og superlett å helle innenfor snippen.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy light golden with little white head that disappears quickly. Aroma of medicine, metallic, fruity notes, citrus. Tastes bitter and dry, almost astringent. Likely a beer that got infected and is sold as a farmhouse ale now.
