Boks 355ml fra Systembolaget, Kiruna. Delt med Rune og Stefan på Nerstranda 11 Mar 15. Amber. Litt skum. Svakt uklar. Avdempet fruktaroma med hint av malt. Smaken det samme med litt krydder i tillegg. Toner ut med et lite preg av frukt.

Draft at the brewery the other day. From notes. Pours black with a thin tan head. Dark sour fruit aroma. Dusty dark fruit and red grape flavor. Slightly sour stout here, but it’s not nearly the main feature. Seems a lot more like a porter than a stout. Not sure about that. A lot more tart that I would have expected. Overall, a bit of a strange beer, but not bad.

Draught at Stateside Craft, Vancouver
Hazy golden color. Deep aroma, some fruits and some sweaty hops. Lean mouthfeel, on the dry side but not weak; good malt backbone, then strong bitterness, with hop resins, while the fruity side of the hops is limited.
A good India Pale Lager, not classy, but clean and bold.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Black color. Dark ale, but not roasty or ashy, hence the vinous character blends well, with light fruitiness and acidity, a bit woody. Balanced.

355ml can kindly shared by Finn. Cloudy amber coloured body under a patchy, beige head leaving spotty lacing behind. Aroma of toffee and dried fruits. Caramel, plums, and juicy malts to the taste profile. Roasted bitterness to the ending. Soft on the swallow. Pleasing (Tromsø 11.03.2015).

Can at Lingua. Lemony nose, cider, light honey malt, spicy yeast. Clear, pilsner-looking. Malty flavor, apples, orange, spicy. Ok but not all that interesting.
