On tap at Bitterroot. Pours a clear deep gold with a tan head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of Belgian yeast with some light grains and a bit of dark fruit. Flavor is Belgian yeast forward with clove, light fruits and sweet grains.

Draft pour pint at the brewery, in the hilliards signature can glassware. Pours a brownish color with a sweet malt, noticeable hops aroma. Sweet malty flavor. Decent brown. Not bad.

Kobber, fin humlearoma, maltrik smak med bra fylde og kjeksaktig preg som fases over til ettersmak med robust men fint avstemt bitterhumle.

Very pale, slightly hazy golden with a firm white head. Aroma is fruity, slightly musty, a bit of malt, a bit spicy. Medium bodied. Flavor is similar with a bit of pepper in the finish. Pretty simple and light flavor overall. Solid, easy going saison. Nothing special but not bad.

16 Oz can poured. Pours a dark reddish copper color with a foamy head. Straw like, wet malt aroma. Flavor is a little on the dry side, and nutty. Slightly bready towards the finish. Decent amber here. Easy to drink. I’d have another.

Can served in a tulip. A nice gold with a soft white head. The nose has a musty fruitiness that reminds me of some lambics. Medium bodied with a bit of a syrupy quality to it. The taste is cork, sour fruity funk a touch of pepper with a sweet finish. Decent but not really my idea of a saison.
