Keg at the Moor Vaults, Bermondsey, 09/12/22. Almost clear golden with a white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is grass, herb, orange peel, lemon, straw, clove. Taste comprises nana chews, spice, grass, grains, bready notes, orange peel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough Hefe.

Keg at the Moor Vaults, Bermondsey, 09/12/22. Almost clear golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is juicy citric flesh, melon, soft malts, light grass, tangerine. Taste comprises pineapple, melon, grass, mixed tropical fruit esters, papaya. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy hop bitterness. Tidy enough pale.

Bottle split at Pigs Ear '22, day one, 29/11/22. Big thanks to our Kenny. Black with a tan head. Nose is stewed fruits, dark malts, Calvados nip, herb, cocoa powder. Taste comprises dark malts, chocolate, kick of booze, caramelised orchard fruit tang, good subtle barrel. Full bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced boost level. Solid kit.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2022 - day 2. Pours clear russet with a bubbly, tan head. Light sweet flavour with notes of burnt malts, leathery berries, earth. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Fairly dry to finish, light roast, earthy bitterness, beaten leather. Not bad.
