Cask at the London valuts. A hazed deep amber brown coloured pour with a a thin scummy beige head. Aroma is semi sweet, apple, hint of spice, apple, cinnamon, brown sugars,. Flavour is composed of, semi sweet, bruised apple, toffee, bit dull, woody, light tang. Meh. Palate is semi sweet, tangy, moderate carbonation. Meh.,

Keg at the London vault. A clear mahogany brown coloured pour with a a halo of beige head. Aroma is earthy roast, low salt, farmyard, salty roast. Little thin. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, wishy washy chestnut, hazelnut, woody roast, little dried coco. Palate is semi sweet, little thin, coco, moderate.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from the Vault in Bermondsey. Pours mostly clear gold (hazy in the late pour) with a frothy, white head. Well rounded, crisp but not too dry or minerally, some biscuits, hay, faint grass. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Balanced finish, more crisp pale bread, soft biscuits, lightly bitter straw. Super sound.

# 1097; 6/2018. Tmavší pivo s nižší plností, výraznou bylinnou hořkostí, karamelové, lehce citrusové. Dobrý bitter, ale to není zrovna můj šálek kávy.

Cask at Moor Vault - Bermondsey. Pours clear ruby-brown with a frothy, light beige head. Well rounded, nice dose of English yeast, lightly toasted mats, earth, a few leaves, dried berries, earth. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Finishes with more dried berries, nips of leather and earth. Sound overall.

Cask at the Moor Vault - Bermondsey. Pours clear brown with a frothy, white head. Pretty tasty if basic, with soft roast, mild dry cocoa, subtle earthy bitterness, restrained sweetness. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Finishes with light dryness, more mild cocoa, roast. Good stuff, quite drinkable.

Keg at the Moor Vault - Bermondsey. Pours deep brown with a bubbly, khaki head. Rich, fairly sweet, some hearty stewed apples, toffee, well ripened dark fruits, plums, figs. Full bodied, lightly chewy, with fine carbonation. Lightly warming finish, a little sticky, some pudding, more toffee, toasted brown bread. Really nice stuff.

Cask at the Vault - Bermondsey. Pours hazy orange-gold with a frothy, white head. Has some bitter hay, citrus rind, crispy pale malts, grass. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Finishes with more grassy hops, dried citrus peel, crackers pale malts. Solid.

Keg at Moor Vaults London. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is zippy, lemon, bright citrus rind, wheat. Flavour is composed of raw wheat, bready grains, lemon rind, mixed citrus, some spicy pine green hop in the finish.. Palate is grainy, moderate fine carbonation. Decent.
