Bottle from Cindy’s Spirits. Exceptionally dull pour, lifeless brew. Faint aroma, average taste which favors the malt bill. Some toffee and caramel notes, finishes way too quickly, and body is rather thin.

Deep dark brown coloured body with a nice amber and almost ruby glow, all with a perfect, two centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of rich caramel malt, a touch of toasted grain, some subdued nuts and earth and a very mild hop note evident. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong toasted grain and light caramel malt flavour at first with some nice sweetness on the light side along with a very mild hoppy flavour that shows some grass and dry herbs. Aftertaste is fairly mild with the malt by far the strongest and finishing with some caramel sweetness. Overall, a nice light beer with a good caramel flavour, but nothing too exciting here nor worth searching out. I sampled this thirty-two ounce growler fill from The Perfect Pour in Columbia, Maryland yesterday on 24-February-2016 for US$8,99 sampled at home in Washington on 25-February-2016.

on tap at City Tap House in DC. Smooth, mildly tart, slightly chalky IPA favoring some citrus hops. Hazy pour with soft silky head, dry finish cleans the palate. IPA leaning heavily towards APA territory.

Good, but not great. Natural coffee characteristics. Works nice as a sweet stout.

A lightly hazed golden DIPA with a thin white head. In aroma, loads of doughy caramel malt with resinous pungent floral hops, nice. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. On tap at Local Tavern, PHL.

A golden ipa with a thick frothy off white head. In aroma, nice caramel malt with loads of resinous piney floral hops, light treacle, very pungent and pleasant. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with grassy floral hops, a bit lighter than expected, but balanced, quaffable. On tap at Local Tavern, PHL.
