Not bad. Easy drinking without much character. Pours blonde with OK head and lacing. Light bitter finish. Tap at american taproom.

This was poured into a nonic pint glass.
The appearance was a dark brown close to black color with no head nor lacing.
The smell had a huge amount of dark bitter coffee beans and as it warmed there was a nice sweet balance of cocoa to broaden the aroma.
The taste was mainly bitter and lead to a decent dry sweet balance to the cocoa. A dry sweet to bitter coffee/cocoa aftertaste leads to a dry coffee bean finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation seemed good for the style and for me. Bitter dry coffee sticks to my tongue.
Overall, I say this was a pretty good Foreign/Export Stout that I would have again.

Tap. Cloudy orange, low head. Lightfooted fruity aromatics, strawberry and peach. Creamy medium light body. Orange peel finish. Pleasant but not exiting.

Notched on the side says Jan, 2015.
This was poured into a nonic pint glass.
The appearance was a hazy burnt orange color with no head nor lacing.
The smell had a sweet honey and chamomile up front. A light amount of grassiness comes through (I’m guessing that’s the hibiscus) and slightly floral.
The taste was mainly sweet through the combination of the honey and chamomile. A sweet accompanying relaxing floral aftertaste starts and leads to a wet finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation was barely there but I’m okay with that. An exceptional amount of floral sweetness rolls over my tongue in a super smooth relaxing feel.
Overall, I say this was a pretty good golden ale. I’d have this again.

Draft. Hazy to cloudy straw color, medium white head. Aroma of raw bread dough and light funk. Taste has lightly funky citrus. Decent.
