5/10/2019. Bottle from Towcester Mill Brewery Shop, shared at the Wroclaw GP bottle share. Poured clear pale yellow gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, grapefruit, hops and lemongrass. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Light to moderate body, slight watery texture, above average carbonation.

5/10/2019. Bottle from Towcester Mill Brewery Shop, shared at the Wroclaw GP bottle share. Poured clear dark amber with a foamy off-white to beige head. Aroma of dark fruit, Christmas spices, malt, hops and mashed banana. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium top full body, slight creamy texture, average to soft carbonation. Enjoyed this more than many of the others I've had from this brewery.

11/8/2019. Bottle from the Towcester Mill Brewery Shop. Pours dark gold with an average sized off-white head leaving nice lacing. Aroma of malt, caramel, buttered toast, hops and fruit biscuit. Medium sweetness, light to moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, bit above average carbonation. Sweet finish, though a little more bitterness comes through.

3/8/2019. Bottle at the Wrocław Grand Prix bottle share, from Towcester Mill Brewery Shop. Pours clear dark amber / brown with an average sized off-white to beige head. Aroma of coffee, chocolate, fruit and veg. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Moderate body, watery texture, average carbonation. Watery, cabbage water finish. Decent aroma and look but didn't taste good.

Aroma of milk chocolate, roasted malt, dark fruits, light coffee, hops and citrus. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily and watery texture, average carbonation. Nice bitter finish.

3/8/2019. Bottle at the Wrocław Grand Prix bottle share, from Towcester Mill Brewery Shop. Pours clear bright pale gold with a good size bubbly/foamy white head. Aroma of grain, citrus, grass, hops, buttered toast and a little soap sud. Medium plus sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, watery texture, average to soft carbonation. Looks good, but it's a little insipid. This brewery does better than this.

Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily and watery texture, average carbonation. Buttery and slightly spicy finish. Not their best.
