31/3/2019. Bottle from the Towcester Mill Brewery Shop. Pours clear bright gold with a frothy off-white head. Aroma of malt, citrus, hops, straw and a little biscuit. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Nice bitterness to finish. Not bad.

Bottle. Fairly clear coppery colour, small white head. Mild sweet fruity nose, peachy with biscuity maltiness. Milder bitterness, gentle maltiness, shorter aftertaste, slightly roasty. Light body.

24/8/2018. Cask at the 41st Peterborough Beer Festival. Pours chestnut brown with a bubbly off-white head. Aroma of malt, hops, chocolate and fruit. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.
