Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apples, yellow apples, barnyard notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, apple, vanilla, sweet apples wood notes, tanins notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. Bag in a box at Firkin Ale House Folkestone. silver green perry colour slight haze no head. Sweetish cheesy perry aroma. Even a bit of mineral. Ok in mouth a little thin more like eatung pears than perry pears. Soft pear fleshy fruit. Ok if very basic

Canister@GBBF2012. Silvery yellow colour with no head. Aroma is pear, vinegar, quite acidic with some mild tart wood. Flavour is sweet pear, mild toffee, yeast, some slight acidic notes as well as mild alcohol.

Canister@GBBF2012. Yellow colour, no head. Aroma is fruity, sweet apples, some mild floral and vanillaish notes along with some bitter wood. Flavour is sweet apples, some vanilla, mild wooden notes as well as some slight sugary notes. Pleasant.
