Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - pale yellow with steady carbonation. Nose - fresh green apple and apple skin. Taste - again on the fresh and drier end of the apple spectrum. All very fresh. Palate - light bodied, tangy and persistent, dry finish. Overall - good.

Badder blag at The Royston, Broadstairs, 08/10/22. Clear light golden blonde with little in the way of a head. Nose is mellow apple, tannins, straw, light farmyard waftings. Taste comprises apple core, tannins, light sugars, orchard wood, faint citric spike, apple skins. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Not bad.

Bladder bag box at the Royston, Broadstairs, 07/10/22. Cherry red with a modest crimson covering. Nose is moderate cherry notes, light apple, straw, herb. Taste comprises bitter sweet apples, less cherry presence than the aroma, straw, hedgerow. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Passable fruited cider ... sweet but not runaway sweet.

30/9/2022. BIAB taster courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed. Pours clear bright gold with minimal head. Aroma is sweet pear, floral, hay, slightly rubbery. Quite heady sweetness, slightest tart edge. Moderate body, oily and sticky, low carbonation. Too sweet for my liking.
