Description
Brewing forward thinking modern beers in keg, cask, can and bottle.
We’ve been brewing beer here in Nottingham since 2014 and have grown in size from a team of 1 to a whopping 5 person operation in that time. We sell our beers all over the UK via on line sales and to trade businesses. Our beer names and can designs are the product of far too much screen time in my youth.

Keg at King William IV, Nottingham. Dark gold and mega-murky with a film of white head. Surprisingly low aroma for the style and ABV. Disinfectant with touches of citrus peel and pine. I dig the taste, though: sweet and sugary with citrus and orchard fruit overtones. Mango lassi in the aftertaste. It's not perfect but it improves. With some tweaks this could be really good.

Keg at Totally Tapped, Beeston. Golden and clear with a quickly dissipating tight white head. Big cherry candy aroma with vanilla and gardenia. Sweet taste with a touch of bitterness in the finish. Still heavily led by the cherry. Falls apart a bit in the finish, with an astringent note. More cherry in the aftertaste with caramel notes. Medium to heavy carbonation. Decent fruit beer, worth trying.
