Description
Brewing forward thinking modern beers in keg, cask, can and bottle.
We’ve been brewing beer here in Nottingham since 2014 and have grown in size from a team of 1 to a whopping 5 person operation in that time. We sell our beers all over the UK via on line sales and to trade businesses. Our beer names and can designs are the product of far too much screen time in my youth.

Tried at the 2017 Nottingham Beer Festival. Rich off black colour with a Tan head. Aroma and taste are a snickers bar, a touch too sweet for me. Full Body

Handbill cask at the West End Brewery, Leicester. Dark brown and slightly translucent with a spotty khaki head. Coffee-laden aroma with some plum and whisky notes. Taste is mostly sweet but not sickly, and blanaced with a berry-like bitterness which increases slightly through to the finish. Liquoice and coffee notes in the aftertaste. Pretty damn good.

Black, beige head. Earthy malt and coffee in the aroma. Taste follows suit, with a bit of milk chocolate so it’s not super dry. Light, toasty malt aftertaste.

Tried in a bottle from Real Ale, Newark. Hazy golden colour with a white head. Aroma has mango and tropical, as is the taste with a mid body.

Cask at GBBF 2017, day 3 - London. Pours clear brown with a small, foamy tan head. The nose holds toasted malts, brown bread, berries, vague cocoa. Medium sweet flavour with some burnt toffee, mellow ashy roast, dried berries, rubber. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with more ashy roast, bitter cocoa. Alright.

Cask at GBBF. It pours near black with a medium beige head. The aroma is earthy roast, toasty, woody, ashy, burnt toast and some underlying sweetness. The taste is dry, bitter, earthy roast, toast, toffee, dried fruits, vimto, woody, earthy and cracked black pepper with a dry, toasty finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Pretty OK.
