We’ve been brewing beer here in Nottingham since 2014 and have grown in size from a team of 1 to a whopping 5 person operation in that time. We sell our beers all over the UK via on line sales and to trade businesses. Our beer names and can designs are the product of far too much screen time in my youth.

Keg at The Lincolnshire Poacher, Nottingham, Friday 16th January 2015 Pours mid amber, light haze. Hoppy, nice hoppy but there is a clincal edge. Dry finish but fruity with a little fruit skin. Very pleasant, fruitiness comes through. A7 A4 T7 P3 Ov14 3.5

Tap East Collaboration Fest. Cask. Lightly hazy pale gold beer, spotty thin white head. Palate is light and semi dry. Mild fine carbonation. Light pale malts and light dry floralness. Mild hops comprise pithy orange and grapefruit. Touch of bubblegum ester and a whisper of soap. A light dry finish brings more grapefruit pith and mild hop spice. All right.

Keg @ Crafty Crow, Nottingham. First time I’ve ever asked for a punch in the face, and gladly paid for it. Pours hazy deep amber with big white head. Sweet peppery aroma, fruity malty taste with light citrus. Not a bad introduction to this brewery.
