Description
Brewing forward thinking modern beers in keg, cask, can and bottle.

We’ve been brewing beer here in Nottingham since 2014 and have grown in size from a team of 1 to a whopping 5 person operation in that time. We sell our beers all over the UK via on line sales and to trade businesses. Our beer names and can designs are the product of far too much screen time in my youth.

Cask at Craft 100. It pours very pale gold with a small white head. The nose is soft, juicy, grainy, fresh, floral and some cereal. The taste is crisp, bitter, minerals, straw, grass, marmalade and a touch of citrus rind with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Smooth, crisp and easy-going. Not bad.

Light to medium sweet flavor with more minerals, some citrus rind, pale bread. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Decent balance in the end, more citrus and pale bread. Nice enough.
