Description
Brewing forward thinking modern beers in keg, cask, can and bottle.
We’ve been brewing beer here in Nottingham since 2014 and have grown in size from a team of 1 to a whopping 5 person operation in that time. We sell our beers all over the UK via on line sales and to trade businesses. Our beer names and can designs are the product of far too much screen time in my youth.

Cask at the Rail Ale Festival Chesterfield, 2016. Poured a hazy straw colour with a round white head. The aroma is sweet malts, jammy fruits, light grassy hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a dry spicy hop bitter citrus palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Light haze on this gold beer, tidy white head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has modest fine carbonation. Thin malts. Trace of milky sweetness. Mellow hops, but there is a nice fruit salad vibe. Touch of pine. Not bad.

Tried at the Newark Beer Festival 2016. Dark ruby to black colour with a bridge head. Aroma has caramel and pecans, really is a touch like pecan pie. Light sweet taste.

Gravity cask at Rail Ale ’16, 20/05/16. Lightly hated golden topped with a moderate off white swirl. Nose is light bread, juicy hop notes, light pine needle, orange. Taste comprises melon, Mandarin, grapefruit, light pine, orange pith. Medium body, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a juicy hop rasp. Solid sessioner ... lots of flavour for the ABV.
