Cask (handpump) @ The Star Inn, Huddersfield, England. @ [ The Star Inn Summer Beer Festival ] Amber color with medium creamy head. Fruity hop and malty. Very average.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden deep orange with a small off-white head. Aroma is light caramelish and fruity. Light fruity and subdued roasted flavoured finish.

Bottled. A dark amber beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma has notes of nuts, caramel, and nuts. The flavor is sweet with notes of nuts, caramel, and malt, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

50 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is light caramelish and roasted malt aroma. Mild roasted malt body. Roasted and light breadish malt flavoured. Subdued bitterness and roasted flavour into the finish.

Bottled. A red-brown beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and some caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt lending it a bit of acidity as well as notes of nuts, leading to a bitter and roasted finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, keller, earthy, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. RBESG Sheffield 2009. Handpump at The Star Inn Summer Beer Festival, Huddersfield. Light amber colour, white head. Aroma of nuts, malts, fruity and a bit peachy. Flavour is light fruity and nutty, with a light bitter finish. Flat and a bit thin.
