Cask at the Queen’s Head in Chelmsford, Essex on 27th Aug 2008. Brownish in colour, slight citric notes, and a chalky texture. Not a favourite, but I am willing to be swayed next time I taste the beer.

Cask condition handpull at The Wenlock Arms. Very dark brown colour with lasting cream head. Not a huge amount of flavour, some roasted malt. Bit dull, watery, but it’s a mild.

Cask (gravity dispense), St Albans Beer Festival 2005. Red/ruby colour with lasting beige head. Good earthy hops, I quite like this. Bit of honey sweetness and good hop finish. Will look out for this brewery in the future
