Cask @ The Staff of Life Inn, Todmorden. A flavoursome golden ale with a smooth head. Has mild orange fruit notes in aroma and taste. You can really smell the hops as if they are dry before the brewing process.

Cask @ Waggon & Horses in Oxenhope. This ale has an acute grapefruit bitterness in its taste and plenty of nose too. Has a cloudy yellow appearance with a thick creamy head. Sour in the palate.

Clear yellow with next to no head. It is very malty and slightly overbearing in this respect.

Cask at the Woolpack, Boot, Cumbria. Dark brown, moderate cream head. Smooth rich chocolate and roasted malt, slips down a treat. Lovely beer

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2012, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, fruity, light to moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, citrus, grassy notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120808]

Bottle 500ml.[ Trade by madmitch76 ]. Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity, sharp, hoppy, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130112]

Bottle @ FOneFan, 4.3%. Slightly hazy yellow with tiny white head. Aroma is malt, hop, fruit and a little citrus. Flavour is malt, little harsh, hop, little grass, little citrus and a little bitter.

Bottle @ fonefan berliner weisse, cream ale multistate tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, grass, malt and hops. More like a golden ale than a bitter.

Bottle @ Berliner Weisse Takeover Ulfborg, 2013. Day 2. Pours clear golden with bubbles on top. Lots of rough grain and caramel. A bit of citrus. Some DMS. Rough and raw.
