750 ml clear bottle, from Helgø MENY, Hundvåg. ABV is 4.7%. Slightly hazy pink to orange colour, pours sparkling with a moderate white head. Strong aroma of dessert apples, rosehips and rhubarb. The flavour is mid between dry and sweet, distinctly fruity, dominant apples, also rosehips and rhubarb.

750 ml dark bottle, from Helgø MENY, Hundvåg. ABV is 4.7%. Slightly hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma of oxidised cider apples and eating apples. Medium dry flavour with the same elements, some tannins, a slight bitterness. Nice cider.

The flavour is slightly on the dry side, with the same elements as the aroma, but overall with a somewhat "unfresh" character.

0,5 flaske fra Sola taxfree, delt med Kitty: gylden med bruseskum. Behagelig eplearoma og -smak, lett perlende og passe søt. En smule vandig, men med ok ettersmak.

0,5 flaske (Balholm Eplebrygg) fra Sola taxfree, delt med Kitty på 17.mai: lett uklar dyp gylden med forbilledlig skum helt ned - ser ut som øl. Frisk og god eplesmak i kombinasjon med og fin munnfylde fra malten. Diskret humlet og fint karbonert. Kittys nye favoritt.

Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, unripe apples, grass, hay, flowers, minerals, dusty apple peel, soda powder, paper, bark, hints of winegum. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Boring.

Taste is slightly dry fruity, hay, flowers, berries, sweet apples, soda powder, paper, apple peel, bark, minerals, sorrel, leafs. Medium biterness, slightly harsh and dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Boring.
