Description
PINTA – We brew from the very first day of craft revolution in Poland!
Our great journey started on 28th of March 2011, when we brewed our first batch of „Atak Chmielu” („Attack of the Hops”) – first commercial American IPA in Poland.
Since that day we are still brewing new ales, lagers, sahti and sour beers. Alone or in collaboration with our friends from Polish and foreign breweries.
Whilst last five years we’ve produced beers in more than 60 styles, like: Imperial IPA, Sahti, Sticke Alt, Irish Red Ale, Imperial Witbier, Extra Special Bitter (ESB), Rauchbock, Grodziskie, American IPA, Weizenbock, Oatmeal Stout, Schwarzbier, Scottish Ale, Vienna Lager, Rauchbier, Pumpkin Ale, Rice IPA, Biere de Garde, Imperial Baltic Porter, New Zealand Lager and many, many more!
In 2015 we’ve launched brand new series of sour beers. It all started with rye sour ale called Kwas Alfa, brewed with Tobias Emil Jensen from Danish To Øl brewery.
We were also the first Polish brewery which crossed the border and brewed international collaborative beer outside Poland. That’s how we’ve produced Lublin to Dublin – stout brewed in Dublin, Ireland by Pinta and O’Hara’s breweries in 2014. In 2015 we’ve made collaboration with French Brasserie du Pays Flamand and Danish To Øl mentioned before. Autumn of 2015 bring another innovation in Polish craft. We are the first Polish brewery which brewed a beer in the different continent – with Japanese Baird Brewing Co.
You can be sure that we use all our experience and knowledge to give you the best beers we can afford! We still improve our skills and we are not afraid to make experiments. We love travels – even those furthest. We always bring a lot of the best inspirations from other countries and we are trying to share them with you, creating the best beers we can.

0.5l bottle from trade with ElDesmadre. Pours a near glowing golden hazy body with a small bubble and lacing white head. The first thing I get in the aroma is hints of sausage! Garlic sausage actually.. Don't think I've ever had that before in the aroma.. Also, I get a really bready and wort like tone here. It has a quite thin and watery texture with a average to soft carbonation level. It's unfortunately on the border of being a bit off this one. Not a clear infection or anything, but it has a faint faint hint of sourness between all the sweetly-wort, actually it feels like I'm drinking a non-alcoholic beverage that has perhaps been exposed for some non wanted lightning a bit to long. Bready-wort flavors, hints of smoky sawdust and a little bit of butter. Leaving my mouth light astringent in the finish. Surprisingly this got better and better down the bottle, but it still feels like I'm drinking a non-alco beer. Edit* Aha! I now see that this actually IS a near low-alcohol beer. That makes the situation a bit different. As a low-alcohol beer this actually is drinkable, not especially good, but drinkable. 01.04.2012
